Our 11th Annual Law Conference took over Travers Smith's new London office for a full day. Firms, trainees and senior women in law spent it with the students and graduates deciding where their applications go this cycle.
The theme was The Long Game: building a career that compounds. Every session was built around two things that move an application forward, knowing what strong looks like and being known by the people who read them.
500 women applied for 150 places. We read every application and built a room of first years through to graduates and career changers, all actively deciding where to put their applications this cycle.
